PRESCHOOL / PRE-KINDERGARTEN
The primary goal of the Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten programs is to foster the growth of children in all areas of development: spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual and physical. Providing a creative stimulating environment allows children of all ages to explore their world and be creative in an orderly and safe atmosphere. Providing a comfortable and relaxing, yet structured environment encourages children to interact and socialize with their peers in a constructive and positive manner.
We believe in helping a child grow:
Spiritually by providing a Christian atmosphere with opportunities for prayer and Christian community.
Emotionally by learning how to express their thoughts and feelings appropriately, experience rules and limits, recognize and accept feelings in others and in self, show respect for others, exercise independence when appropriate, and be responsible for their own actions.
Socially by providing opportunities for sharing, taking turns, making friends, resolving conflicts, helping others, accepting others, cooperating and building self-esteem.
Mentally by widening the child’s experiences in order to increase knowledge and develop creativity.
Physically by developing large motor and fine motor skills.
